The courses are taught by regional professional Chefs who through their dexterity in the art of making home made pasta, incorporate old traditions passed on from generation to generation - all of this takes place in a charming, pleasant atmosphere as is the custom of Umbrian hospitality.
During these courses, the participants will prepare every dish offered by the menu under the meticulous and careful guidance of the Chef, using simple local ingredients which lend themselves to the creation of genuine flavours and authentic aromas/scents
